Cancellation - Return Conditions

RETURN AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Return Process and Conditions:

1.   The return period is 14 days and the products must be returned to us with their labels and packaging undamaged. Returned products are examined and approved if found suitable. Unsuitable products are sent back to the buyer.

2.   Damages that occur while trying the product are clearly identified and such damages are not included in the return scope.

General Conditions:

1.   Every order placed on our website means that you accept the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract.

2.   Product shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

3.   The ordered products will be delivered to the address you specified within 30 days. If this period is exceeded, the buyer may cancel the contract.

4.   In case of arbitrary returns (size does not fit, not liking, etc.), the shipping cost belongs to the buyer.

Non-Payment of Product Price:

1.   If the buyer does not pay the product price or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's delivery obligation ends.

Unauthorized Credit Card Use Case:

1.   If it is determined that the buyer's credit card was used by unauthorized persons and the bank does not pay the product price to the seller, the buyer must return the product within 3 days.

Force Majeure:

1.   If delivery cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons, the buyer will be informed. The buyer can cancel the order, request an exchange or request a postponement of delivery.

2.   In case of cancellation, cash payments will be refunded within 14 days. If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank and it may take up to 2-3 weeks for the bank to complete this process.

Product Control:

1.   The buyer must check the product upon delivery and not accept damaged/missing products. The product received is considered undamaged.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions:

1.   The buyer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

2.   For returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

3.   The notice of withdrawal must be made in writing or via permanent data storage within the withdrawal period.

4.   The buyer who exercises his right of withdrawal must return the product within 10 days at the latest after notification.

5.   The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

·        Products produced according to personal needs,

·        Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene and health reasons,

·        Unpackaged digital content and software,

·        Products that are close to expiration date or that spoil quickly.

6.   If the right of withdrawal is used in purchases made within the scope of the campaign, the campaign discount will be cancelled.

7.   The Buyer accepts that if he/she defaults on his/her credit card payments, he/she will be responsible for the interest and other charges of the bank.
